About this work
Spirited Energy 2.0 is the work of Winnipeg resident and community organizer Hersh Seth.
Hersh Seth is a Winnipeg-based community organizer, writer, and builder with 15+ years of experience in geothermal systems design and high efficiency construction.
I built the dual ledger, the registry, the figures, and this site so the Brandon gas referral and the North End plant rebuild can be argued with the same arithmetic in one human voice. The numbers live in assumptions.yaml. The ask is six orders before the concrete is poured.

In practice that means heat-balance infrastructure, watershed and glacier intelligence, neighbourhood-scale mobility and food access, and publicly accountable compute that earns its keep by serving people and place. Spirited Energy is the Manitoba heat-and-grid chapter of that story: use every electron twice, keep soil and water in the ledger, and refuse hyperscale warehouses that treat clean power as a discount coupon.
