Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target for all public HTML on this domain.

Last updated 28 August 2026 · Statement version 1

Measures in place

• Skip link to #main on every primary HTML page.
• Colour tokens in design-tokens.css target 4.5:1 contrast on white for body text and UI chrome.
• Decorative images use empty alt; informative photos carry descriptive alt text.
• Keyboard focus visible via :focus-visible outlines.
• Charts expose tabular fallbacks or aria labels where motion graphics are used.

Known limits

• Some PDF figures in the filing may not be fully tagged; HTML and YAML registries are the accessible source of truth.
• Third-party forum software (Flarum) follows its own theme; report barriers there and we will escalate with the host.

Feedback

Email hersh.seth@proton.me with the page URL and the barrier you hit. We aim to respond within five business days.
